Waywayseecappo First Nation Child & Family Services (WCFS) supports the holistic well-being of our children, youth, and families. WCFS is dedicated to restoring our Anishinaabe ways for the betterment of our families. Through Anishinaabe knowledge, Inaakonigewinan, and holistic healing, WCFS upholds our sacred mission to protect and honour our community’s future generations.

  • Keeping families intact through Anishinaabe law, respecting the circle of life for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit.
  • Ensuring families remain connected to the community, even in cases of removal.
  • Strengthening our community through holistic and culturally-rooted approaches.
